Replace your regular door lock with an electronic digital keypad door lock for your home, office, or warehouse. This interconnected lever entry lock includes an integrated deadbolt system. But it's more than just a deadbolt, the locks combine digital convenience with an intelligent burglar alarm to enhance the security and safety of any home or office.

The interconnected keyless lock provides great convenience and cost-savings for apartment building owners, student dormitories, time shares, office buildings, and other buildings or residences with high tenant turnover. Interconnected keyless lock can be quickly and easily re-programmed with new access codes, as often as required, eliminating the need to re-key a lock with each change of tenants.

Terms

• Passage Function : Outside knob/lever always open. This function is used for doors where no locking is required. The knobs or levers freely operate the latch. Passage sets are commonly used on interior doors, and sometimes on an exterior door in conjunction with a separate deadbolt.
• Storeroom Function : Outside knob/lever always locked. Unlocked by key or on board keypad only. Inside knob/lever always free to turn and open or unlock.

4 - My door has only one hole for the knob, lever handle, or deadbolt, can I install your lock?

Yes, you can install it with the Dead Locking Spring latch only or Drill another cylindrical hole at 5-1/2" above this hole. You can get a drilling fixture at the hardware store or lock smith supply. Either way, you will need to drill another hole at the top side.

5 - What kind of tools is needed to install the lock?
Only a regular and jewelry Phillips head screwdrivers are needed.

6 - What is the back up when the batteries go bad or there is an electronics failure?
Our lock requires no key at all, we have a special cam lock for emergency use, and it is not a key over ride. The cam lock is designed to match your door swing, so that it is covered by the door jamb, a burglar or professional locksmith are unable to pick it. When the batteries are in good working condition and the cam lock is picked, a loud alarm will sound. To your benefit, please specify your door swing at the time of ordering. To specify your door swing, stand outside of your door, if the hinges are on your right, you have right swing door.

7 - Can I select the one that makes the door locked all of the time?
Yes, we have two locking mode features for our locks. A - Store room function; This function will keep the door locked all of the time. However, it locks the bottom Dead Latching bolt only, when you are leaving the property and would like to lock the dead bolt, you must enter the code and lift the lever to lock the dead bolt. B - Entry function; Once the lock is unlocked, it remains unlocked until you lift the lever handle to lock the dead bolt. Inside the package there are two different spindles for you to choose from.

8 - Does your lock meet ADA handy code and emergency egress code?
Yes, all of our locks have a friendly lever handle and meet emergency egress code.

9 - Can I limit normal user with a limited time entry?
Yes, our new lock KP-55 has double security codes, enter secondary security code to lock out the normal users. For example: you can enter the double security code after working hours or over the weekend. The other example: you give the code to the housekeeper, but you lock out with secondary security code so that he or she can come in on certain day only.

10 - Does your lock come with a burglar alarm?
Yes, if the lock is picked, the alarm goes off. Also, it will alert you when some one fumbled with your lock with wrong code over three times. When you return home and enter the right code.

11 - How many security features do you have on your locks?
Amazingly we have more safety features on our locks than anyone else in the world.
A - Interconnected dead bolt lock.
B - Un-pick able emergency cam lock.
C - Loud alarm if picked.
D - Lockout after three consecutive wrong code entries and warning alarm.
E - Notifies the owner when intruder has attempted to enter.
F - Double security code setting on KP-55.
G - Night alarm setting on KP-55.
H - After double security is set, reaching for the inside lever handle to un-lock, will sound the alarm.

12 - How difficult is it to set, change or delete the code?
It can be done in 30 seconds.

13 - Can the code be broken easily?
The code can be set for 4-8 digits, it makes a combination of over 100,000,000 and it is harder than hitting the Lottery. Especially black out after three wrong consecutive attempts.

14 - What is your warranty?
5 years on electronic and 10 years on mechanism.

15 - What would happen if I lost my master code?
You can send the lock back to us for re- coding for KP-55, you can purchase new PC Board for the other models - it is easy to replace.

17 - How long will the batteries last?
30,000 entries for Keypad lock, and
1 year standby and 17,500 entries for remote control lock.

18 - Can some one bump key your lock?
It is done deal, no one can bunp or pick this lock, because the emergency cam lock is set at door jamb side with no room for picking or bumping. It is the best security lock in the market.
