Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview
For domestic customers, unless otherwise requested, ALL shipments will be sent by UPS or Canada Post Ground Service from our distribution center located in Los Angeles, California and Vancouver Canada, which usually arrive in about 2 to 6 business days in 48 contiguous states (USA) depending on your shipping point.
Second day air or three day select services are available with UPS only. Hawaii and Alaska shipments are only avaiable at UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipments to Canada may arrive in about 5 to 10 business days.

Order Time	All on-line credit card order will be shipped normally within 2 to 4 business days (Exclude Sat. and Sunday order)
UPS/Canada post Tracking Number	Once item is shipped, a shippment detail including ups tracking # will be emailed to customers
Additonal Express Delivery Charge	UPS 3 Day Select and 2nd day air services are available in 48 continental states
No PO Numbers	UPS Ground delivery is only available to street addresses located in the contiguous 48 United States. UPS does not ship to Postal Box (PO, APO, FPO) addresses.

Shipping Time
Shipping originates from Los Angeles, California by UPS Ground. We generally process customers' order the same day if you order items by 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Please see UPS shipping time chart below.
