PNT1000 Release and Open

The PNT1000 release and open is ideal for those less mobile in the apartment or the home. It can be used in an entry/exit door and geared to replace hydraulic door closers that continuously put pressure on a door and in some situations can create a barrier and even injury. For those that are frail and lack the strength, the pressure of the door can be too much to overcome; therefore, opening of the door can be a major task. To accommodate this problem, some retirement communities and apartments have taken off the door closer so that access is free flowing.

Operation: Now an individual just has to unlock and slightly open their door. Once this is done (via a home sensor), this signifies our unit to open the door, then time delayed to shut again. No more reaching and making potential injuries movements to open and close the door and fastened to the frame.

Door Opener and Closer: The PNT1000 plugs into any electrical wall receptacle. Hooks on top your door and fastened to the frame.

Security: The PNT1000 opener/closer is only designed to open or close the door. The operation of your deadbolt and lever is done manually.
