The PNT 4000
provides freedom and independence for those less mobile, and
convenience when hands are full. The PNT4000 Door Opener allows the
unlocking, unlatching, opening then closing, latching and locking of
your door using a remote control.
Remote:
The remote operates similar to a garage remote. With a press of the
remote control unlock button when the door is closed, the door will
unlock the deadbolt, unlatch, and then open the door. Press the unlock
button when the door is open and the door will close, latch and then
the deadbolt will lock. If the remote is pressed during the closing or
opening cycle the unit will disengage and the door will be free flowing
and in manual mode. The door will operate as a normal door if the
remote is not activated; therefore people can come in an out using a
key and manually opening and closing the door. The remote can be used
from the inside or outside of the home and you can answer the door from
virtually any room in your home. A pleasant audible tone will tell you
if the system is in operation. The closed button will engage the
deadbolt and lock the door.
Door Opener and Closer:
The PNT Door Opener plugs into any electrical wall receptacle. You can
enter and exit manually with a key and hand opening or closing.
Security: The
PNT Door Opener is designed to close and lock using a deadbolt every
time the door is opened. If your doorknob has a locking mechanism this
will give added security. Additional deadbolts can be added. All the
user has to do is press the remote, then watch the door go through its
cycle and lock.

cycle, the motor will immediately disengage preventing any harm to the
person entering or exiting.

Microprocessor:
The PNT Door Opener is programmed so the units timing and speed is safe
and operate efficiently. Timing control slows the motor just prior to
closing and opening to facilitate a smooth operation.
Colours: The PNT Door Opener is available in white, bronze and satin finishes.
Deadbolt: The deadbolt uses Radio Frequency and included these key features:
- Anti-Scan code hopping technology.

and unlock the door from any directions within the RF range (up to 30
ft if there is no obstacle between remote and lock).
